No, it was the soldier-like character with the M249. He's a new upcoming enemy in Project Nexus 2.

can you explain to me some stuff i thought in the begining yeelon was his/your friend because he helped with the agents that coming to kill him/you and then in this"incident" he betrayed him/you again and killed him why?.. why he keeping killing him i remember when him/you and yeelon fall from the building yeelon start to bleed from the back and him/you help him to stand so why did he kills him/you i thought they friends no..?
Yeelon took advantage of Kelzad to escape the Science Tower, and didn't hesitate to kill him if he stood in the way. They were complete strangers to each other.
